That project remains the Bank’s highest return-on-investment per pound in the Banks development division’s history.

In 2019, he launched Halo House Buyers, a Nationwide quick house buying company and scaled it from scratch to £11 million in revenue in three years, acquiring over 150 properties and outperforming many long-established players in the off-market space.
Alongside this, Liam has led successful ventures across digital marketing, innovation consultancy, and strategic property plays — consistently spotting opportunity, moving fast, and backing himself fully.
